When You're Tired of Circling the Same Patterns
Weekly sessions can be powerful. But sometimes the stop-and-start rhythm makes it hard to stay with what's unfolding. You leave just as something important begins to surface, and by the next week, life has rushed back in.

And intensives creates a different kind of space.

Intead of watching the clock we have time to slow down, follow what matters, and move through it more fully. There's room for depth. Room for regulation. Room to stay with the hard parts long enough for something to genuinely shift.

For many people, that's what they've been missing.

What Is a Therapy Intensive?
A therapy intensive is an extended session designed to allow deeper, more focused work than the traditional 50-minute format. Rather than starting and stopping week to week, we create dedicated time to stay with what’s unfolding — whether that’s relationship repair, trauma processing, or long-standing patterns that haven’t shifted.

In this format, we’re able to move at a thoughtful pace. There’s time to regulate, reflect, process, and integrate — without feeling rushed.

My work integrates emotionally focused therapy, Brainspotting, internal family systems-informed work, polyvagal theory, Hakomi, and other somatic approaches. For couples, I draw from EFT and Gottman-based frameworks to help shift relational patterns in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Therapy intensives are available for both individuals and couples.
How an Intensive is Structured
Intensives are offered in half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats depending on your needs. We determine the length based on what you’re hoping to work through and whether you’re attending as an individual or couple.
1
Before the Intensive
You’ll complete intake paperwork and a brief consultation call so we can clarify goals and ensure this format is a good fit.

This ensures our time together is focused and intentional from the start.
2
During the Intensive
We work in focused blocks of time with short breaks built in. The extended format allows us to move between insight, emotional processing, and practical application without rushing or stopping mid- process.
3
After the Intensive

You’ll receive a written summary of key themes, insights, and practical next steps.

A follow-up session is included to support integration and determine what comes next — whether that’s continued therapy or moving forward independently.
