My Approach

My supervision style is grounded in systems theory, with a focus on the interactions between clients, their relationships, and their environments. Together, we look at the bigger picture of each case, helping you strengthen your case conceptualization skills and apply effective therapeutic strategies.

As a supervisor, I create a collaborative, reflective, and supportive environment where you can grow as a clinician. Supervision is not only about meeting licensure requirements—it’s about becoming a more confident, competent, and self-aware therapist.

Goals of Supervision

Whether you’re working toward independent licensure or seeking ongoing clinical growth, our supervision will help you:

  • Deepen your understanding of systems theory and multiple therapeutic modalities.

  • Develop practical skills to navigate diverse clinical situations with confidence.

  • Strengthen your ability to use self-reflection and self-awareness to enhance your therapeutic presence.

  • Gain knowledge about the mental health field, professional identity, and career development.

  • Learn to balance client care with your own well-being as a clinician.

  • Navigate the challenges of working in mental health while building a fulfilling and sustainable career.
