When You're Functioning, But Not Feeling Fully Okay
You may be someone others describe as capable, responsible, even high-achieving. You think deeply, you reflect, you're aware of your patterns.

And yet, something still feels off.

Your nervous system feels constantly "on." You carry tension you can't quite release. You overanalyze conversations long after they're over. You know why you react the way you do, but knowing hasn't changed it.

Maybe you're navigating burnout. Or relational dynamics that feel repetitive. Or a life transition that's unsettled more than you expected.

You're not falling apart.

But you're not fully at ease either.

And you don't just want coping strategies.

You want meaningful, sustainable change.

How I Work
My work is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in a systemic lens.

As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I'm trained to look beyond isolated symptoms and consider the larger context of your life- your relationships, family history, work environment, culture, and the patterns that have shaped how you move through the world.

We explore not just what you're feeling, but where it developed, how it's maintaine,d and what continues to influence it. Together, we look at:

-
Relational dynamics that impact your nervous system
-
Patterns that repeat across different areas of your life
-
The ways early experiences shape present reactions
-
The interaction between your thoughts, body, and environment

I integrate attachment-informed work, somatic awareness, and evidence-based approaches to help you move from intellectual insight into meaningful change.

Sessions are structure, but not rigid. There is space for humor, reflection, and real conversation. You don't have to perform here. You don't have to have the "right" answer.

This is your hour each week- to slow down, examine what's happening beneath the surface, and begin shifting it intentionally.

Areas I Commonly Work With
While every person's story is unique, individual therapy often focuses on concerns such as:

-
Nervous system burnout and chronic stress
-
Anxiety that feels rooted deeper than surface thoughts
-
Repetitive relational patterns and attachment wounds
-
Trauma and unresolved emotional experiences
-
Identity shifts, life transitions, and feeling "stuck"
-
Overfunctioning, perfectionism, and internal pressure
-
Moving from insight into embodied change

Is This a Good Fit?
Individual therapy tends to work best for people who are:

-
Reflective and open to exploring patterns
-
Willing to look beneath surface symptoms
-
Interested in understanding how their history and relationships influence the present
-
Ready to take an active role in change

You don't need to be in crisis to begin therapy. In fact, many of the people I work with appear "fine" from the outside, but feel internally stretched, disconnected, or "stuck".

If you're ready to slow down, exmane what's happening beneath the surface, and move toward meaningful change, this work can be deepy impactful.

Fees & Insurance
Individual therapy sessions are $200 per 50 minute session. Longer sessions are available as well, and those can be discussed.

I also accept most major insurance plans. If you plan to use insurance benefits, we can discuss your specific coverage during consultation.
