This is my first time doing therapy and it has been a very positive experience. Aidan is very empathetic to my situation and problems; I always get the sense that she understands why I feel the way I do. It helps a great deal to have someone to talk through my feelings with each week.

I offer telehealth therapy for adults and couples aged 18 and above. All individuals must live in Ohio, North Carolina, Washington, or Illinois. Group therapy is held in person  in Columbus, OH and is a place for support, restoration, and practical techniques to implement into your daily living.

I welcome a variety of concerns in our sessions, but I specialize in:

My therapeutic approach is a holistic journey to well-being, intertwining the wisdom of mindfulness, somatic therapy, CBT, and the healing embrace of nature. Together, we explore your unique strengths, fostering self-discovery and inner growth, and rewrite your narrative,  all within a safe and nurturing space.
